Large Work Area

The PNC-2300A offers a 12"x9" engraving area which gives you the flexibility of engraving large images or doing multiple jobs.

Sturdy, Safe Construction

The PNC-2300A's body and cover are constructed from high grade, sturdy metal to offer extra dependability. It also comes with a plexi-glass safety cover that features an inter-lock switch. If the cover is opened during operation, the machine will automatically shut down to prevent personal injury. The safety cover also prevents eye injury from flying debris, and reduces unnecessary noise to protect the operator's hearing. And in the unlikely event of an emergency, the PNC-2300A comes with an easily accessible emergency shut-off switch.

Versatile Tool Options

The PNC-2300A gives you a wide variety of tool choices right out of the box. You have the option of using two industry standard tool sizes: 1/8" (3.175mm) and 11/64" (4.56mm). In addition, the PNC-2300A includes the ability to use a diamond drag tool. 

Re-plot Function 

The PNC-2300A comes with a standard 1MB data buffer for quick and easy re-plotting. Re-plotting is an extremely effective way of increasing your productivity by not requiring you to continually output from your computer.

Multi-Functional, LCD Display

The PNC-2300A gives you a wide variety of functional controls within a very easy to use, LCD user display. Many functions, like speed and depth, can even be controlled by software to make your business more productive.

Wide Variety of Materials

Engrave, cut, and scribe on a wide variety of materials for added flexibility. Compatible materials include light metals like brass and aluminum, as well as plastics and acrylics. With a spindle speed of up to 15,000 RPM, you can engrave into these materials even faster.

Dr. Engrave lets you use a wide variety of fonts and clip art. You have the option of using industry standard TrueType fonts, or even converting those fonts to single-line, engraving fonts. In addition, you can create your own designs or import a Windows bitmap file or Vector Art (DXF) files from vector art from Roland.

Dr. Engrave features an automatic layout function that allows you to import your CSV formatted database for faster engraving output. Dr. Engrave quickly and easily imports your data and optimally lays out your job to fit the material.
